Montehiedra Town Center is a one level enclosed mall with over 100 stores. Anchored by Big Kmart, Home Depot, Marshall's, Capri, a fourteen-screen theater complex and a food court that offers over a dozen choices. The center is located in Cupey, a suburb along the outskirts of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
The mall was developed in 1994 by Manley Berenson for Kmart Corporation as the retail component of a planned urban development of affluent residential communities. The property is now owned and managed by Vornado Realty Trust.

It's happened to all of us. You're in your car, eager to park and begin your shopping day, when you are confronted with a line of twenty automobiles, all angling for a parking space. So round and round the parking lot you go, searching for a free space. After about 10 minutes of that, you might decide to just head back home and forget about shopping.
In Montehiedra Town Center, we've worked hard to make sure this is not your experience when visiting us. Our mall has 2,236 parking spaces, completely free of charge. Fifty-six of these are reserved for persons with disabilities, four are designed for pregnant women and 11 are allocated for 30-minute use. So in Montehiedra, the only thing you'll have to worry about is in which store to begin shopping and saving.
