Cayo Caribe was founded in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in 2015, on Avenida F.D. Roosevelt by Rolando Jatib and Jose Gonzalez. The reception was instantaneous thanks to our fresh products, attractive prices and excellent service, making everyone feel like family and want to return. Some of our famous dishes are our extensive variety of rice dishes, seafood paellas, meat paellas, fresh fried Red Snapper, seafood and stews such as the oxtail, and our fish tacos. Weekly we receive the freshest fish and lobster from our coasts always supporting our local fishermen. We invite you to visit us.
